Kids Games LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates and publishes mobile applications and games under the developer names Kids Games and Booma Top. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile applications and games (the “Apps”).
The Apps covered by this Privacy Policy are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under 13.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the App and the services it uses, we and our service providers may collect:
- device information, including device type, operating system, language, screen resolution, IP address, and approximate location;
- device, installation, app-instance, advertising, or similar identifiers, where permitted;
- gameplay activity, app interactions, session information, and progress;
- advertising impressions, clicks, and related events;
- installation source and marketing attribution data;
- crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data;
- age or age-range information used to apply the appropriate privacy and advertising settings;
- consent status and privacy preferences; and
- information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
We do not intentionally request names, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photographs, or other unnecessary personal information through ordinary gameplay.
2. Age Screening and Children’s Privacy
Some Apps may ask for a user’s age or age range through a neutral age screen.
If a user indicates that they are under 13, or below the applicable age of digital consent in their country:
- personalized, targeted, and interest-based advertising is disabled;
- only non-personalized or contextual advertising is shown;
- available age-restricted settings are applied to advertising requests;
- the collection and use of advertising identifiers are limited where required; and
- data is used only for permitted purposes, such as operating and securing the App, preventing fraud, providing non-personalized advertising, and measuring technical performance.
Age information is used only to apply the appropriate privacy, consent, and advertising settings. It is not used to personalize advertising.
We do not knowingly request direct contact information from children through ordinary gameplay. If we learn that a child’s personal information was collected in a manner not permitted by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Apps;
- provide gameplay features and technical support;
- analyze usage and performance;
- fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
- attribute installations and measure marketing campaigns;
- display advertising subject to applicable age, consent, and privacy settings;
- prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal and platform requirements.
4. Third-Party Services
Depending on the App, we may use:
- Google Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and technical functionality;
- Google AdMob for advertising and advertising measurement;
- AppsFlyer for installation attribution and marketing measurement;
- ByteBrew for analytics, attribution, monetization measurement, and app performance;
- Unity, including Unity Ads where applicable, for game functionality, advertising, analytics, and diagnostics; and
- GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics and performance measurement.
These services may process device information, IP address, identifiers where permitted, app activity, advertising events, attribution data, crash reports, and diagnostics.
Not every App uses every service listed above. The services used may vary by App and may change when an App is updated.
Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies and retention practices.
5. YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services internally to allow authorized employees and contractors of Kids Games LLC to upload videos to YouTube channels managed by the company. By using our services that integrate YouTube API Services, users also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
We may process YouTube channel information, video files and metadata, upload status, video IDs, and Google authorization tokens. This data is used only to authenticate authorized personnel and provide video upload functionality. Uploaded video files are removed from our servers immediately after each upload completes; upload logs are retained for internal record-keeping until deletion is requested.

6. Sharing and Sale of Information
We may share information with service providers that perform advertising, analytics, attribution, hosting, security, support, and technical services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Some advertising activities may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, users may opt out through available in-app, device, or platform privacy controls or by contacting us.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users identified as being under the applicable age threshold for personalized or targeted advertising.
7. Data Retention, Security, and International Transfers
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Apps, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure.
Kids Games LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, legally recognized safeguards are used for international data transfers.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and to object to or opt out of certain advertising or data-sharing activities.
You may also manage certain data and advertising settings through:
- in-app consent controls;
- Apple App Tracking Transparency;
- Android privacy and advertising settings; and
- other device or platform privacy settings.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our Apps, SDKs, practices, platform requirements, or applicable laws.
